SMAR Office in Cyprus: In-Person Meeting and Development Plan

On July 11, 2024, SMAR opened its new office in Cyprus — SMAR CYPRUS LIMITED.

A unique and symbolic fact: the Cyprus office was founded by three “Marys” — two partners from Cyprus and Maryia Lemiaza, the founder of SMAR. We believe this isn’t just a coincidence but a promising sign for the successful growth of our business in Cyprus.

In October, we held an in-person meeting at our office in Limassol, where we discussed key points about the office’s development and client relationships. During the meeting, we covered the following topics:

  1. Office Development: We discussed strategies for expanding in the region, growing our client base, and strengthening our market presence.
  2. Contracts: We finalized contract templates and reviewed key terms and processes for signing agreements with potential clients.
  3. Pricing: We established a flexible pricing structure to facilitate negotiations with clients during the initial stages.
  4. Potential Clients: We reviewed our current and potential clients, identified key priorities, and explored opportunities for immediate engagement.
  5. Company Values Presentation: We outlined SMAR’s core principles and values, shared our approach to client relationships and business practices, which are essential to our strategy.
  6. Conferences and Special Offers: We discussed participation in upcoming events and outlined potential offers for new clients, which will soon be announced on our website.

Today, our Cyprus office is fully operational and ready to welcome new clients. In fact, we are set to sign our first contract next week.
