A huge thank you to the SMAR team for incredible assistance in accounting and more. Upon moving to Poland, I was given contact information for one of the many Belarusian firms that have sprung up, offering “comprehensive services” for setting up and managing a sole proprietorship: not only did they work poorly and make mistakes, but they also didn’t understand what they were doing: what codes, what taxes. By the way, the Polish lawyers we consulted were also not very competent, but they charged money nonetheless.
SMAR helped me from the very beginning, starting with determining the codes, registering in various systems (clear instructions, constant help where things were unclear or where I made mistakes), setting up the sole proprietorship, managing the accounting, and even providing adequate external specialists who prepared letters to determine specific tax rates for all my types of activities. Every month, they promptly send everything needed for tax payments, very efficiently. If I made mistakes, they pointed them out. The professional and swift assistance was also enormous in preparing the documents for a residence permit. Huge thanks to the entire team!
