Responsibilities:

• Calculating employee salaries in compliance with Polish labor laws.
• Managing employee working hours and attendance records.
• Preparing and submitting reports to tax authorities and ZUS.
• Advising employees on payroll and tax-related matters.
• Collaborating with accounting and HR departments to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish labor and tax legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Enova 365, wFirma).
• Experience with the Płatnik program.
• Familiarity with payroll specifics for foreign employees.
• Expertise in managing travel expenses and allowances.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Polish, with the ability to communicate confidently.
