Collection and use of personal data

Customer data is processed by the Company for the purpose of providing accounting services to you, fulfilling services commissioned by you, ensuring the security of services provided by us, and fulfilling legal obligations imposed by law. Please note that in the case of providing services to individuals, including sole proprietors or civil law partnerships, we receive and process some or all of the following personal data:

  • Names,
  • Parent names,
  • Addresses: residence, domicile, or correspondence,
  • PESEL, NIP, REGON numbers, and identity document,
  • Contact details: phone numbers, email addresses.

For services provided to legal entities (companies, foundations, associations), personal data of individuals forming part of the bodies of entities: members of the management board, supervisory boards, partners and shareholders, proxies, and attorneys, including some or all of the following data:

  • Names,
  • Parent names,
  • Addresses: residence, domicile, or correspondence,
  • PESEL, NIP, REGON numbers, and identity document,
  • Contact details: phone numbers, email addresses.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to cooperate with the Administrator. Conclusion and performance of the Agreement without using personal data of contractors is not possible.

Storage, changes, and deletion of data

You have rights arising from Articles 16-21 of the GDPR, i.e., the right to access data, rectify data, erase or request restriction of their processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability (when data are processed in an automated manner), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.

The processing time of your personal data

Data are stored for as long as necessary to perform all obligations arising from the Agreement, including those specified by law. Additionally, in the legitimate interest of the Company, after this period, customer data will be stored to secure the Company against potential claims and to demonstrate compliance with legal provisions, for the limitation period.

Expected categories of recipients and additional information

Expected categories of recipients include in particular: entities providing IT services (including IT system providers); postal and courier service providers for providing your address data when sending shipments; entities providing legal services and, in justified cases – state authorities, courts, bailiffs, employees, and subcontractors for services entrusted to them; entities providing assistance in recovering our receivables; entities providing, based on applicable legal provisions, services in providing and exchanging business information (e.g., debtors and obligations registers).

The Administrator does not transfer data to third countries and international organizations. Customer data will not be used for automated decision making, including profiling.

This information fulfills a legal obligation.
