For the past three years, SMAR has been thriving in Poland, successfully managing projects and supporting clients. During this time, we built a strong remote team. However, we recognized the need for a physical space to meet and collaborate, which led us to open an office. We’re excited to share this milestone with you.
Our new office is located in the heart of Warsaw, within the Prosto business center, just steps away from Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The format is a private coworking space—not a shared open area, but a dedicated office that offers both comfort and privacy for work and meetings.
Why Did We Open an Office?
- Convenience for Employees: Some of our team members live in Warsaw. The office provides a comfortable environment for those in the capital, offering a refreshing alternative to working from home.
- Space for Meetings: We now have a professional setting for business meetings with clients, partners, or internal events. The office includes everything needed: meeting rooms of various sizes, a kitchen for coffee breaks, a printer for documents, and an on-site administrator who can welcome guests, guide them to the right place, and even assist with mailing packages worldwide.
What’s Next?
For now, this office in Warsaw is our first physical location in Poland. However, we may consider opening offices in other cities in the future, depending on the needs of our team and the growth of the company. We believe that creating a comfortable workspace helps us grow and move forward.
