On 11 July 2026, SMAR’s Cyprus office marked its second anniversary. Over the past two years, the team has not only strengthened its position in the local market but has also significantly expanded the company’s international expertise.
Establishing our presence in Cyprus required an in-depth understanding of the local regulatory framework, a clear view of the business environment, and the development of strong professional relationships. The process was challenging, but it allowed us to build the expertise that now enables us to confidently support clients across a wide range of Cyprus-related matters.
Our cooperation with McMillan Woods Cyprus, SMAR’s official partner in Cyprus, has been instrumental in the development of our Cyprus practice.
Throughout our collaboration, we have delivered a number of projects involving audit, taxation, VAT, the IP Box regime, international tax structuring, and corporate advisory services. This partnership enables us to combine international expertise with in-depth knowledge of local legislation and provide clients with comprehensive solutions, even in the most complex situations.
