Responsibilities:

• Managing HR documentation;
• Monitoring the availability and relevance of documents;
• Communication and informational support for clients;
• Preparing statistical and tax reports related to HR.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR specialist in Poland is welcome but not required;
• Knowledge of labor law, accounting, and payroll calculation in Poland;
• Proficiency in Polish accounting software like Enova365, wFirma, and familiarity with Płatnik will be an advantage;
• Knowledge in the field of legal employment of foreigners will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in Polish sufficient for communication and working with documentation;
• Independence and high self-organization skills;
• Accuracy, punctuality, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
